Eleanor Jane Dawley Sudduth

Eleanor Jane Dawley Sudduth passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on April 29, 2012 at the age of 91years. She was born in Sparta, Wisconsin on April 11, 1921 to the late Wesley and Martha Jankel Dawley.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Charles Sudduth, her devoted sons, Charles G. Sudduth III, Frank Sudduth (Kathy), Joe Sudduth, and Jay Sudduth (Margie) and her cherished daughters, Julie Sudduth, Jean Crump (Dave), Jessie Sudduth and Joni Jacobsen (Joe).

Additional survivors include eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and her brother, Jack Dawley (Helen) of Sparta, Wisconsin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Wesley Sudduth.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

The Sudduth family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. D. Andrew Macfarlan for his extraordinary care, compassion and the wonderful difference he made in her final hours.
